Mix 1 cup of KETO PANCAKE Mix with about 3oz (90mL) of cold water with a whisk. Let stand for 3-4 minutes to thicken. Pour batter into 3-4 inch pancakes on a preheated skillet or griddle. Flip when bubbles stop forming and bottom is golden brown. Cook for 1 more minute or until second side is golden brown. Recipe yields about 3 servings (6 pancakes).
For Waffles: Mix up the batter as per directions above but use slightly less water to achieve a thicker batter consistency. Cook accordingly to your waffle iron's instructions.

I have been looking for a pancake/waffle mix like this since the one I was using was discontinued. This mix was incredibly easy to use and tasted great. It didn't have that fake pancake taste. I added a side of sausage and some sugar free syrup, and breakfast was served. I'm so happy to have found this and am looking forward to many more pancake breakfasts. Thank you!
The mix was pretty watered down and it was difficult to cook them. The overall presentation was not pancake like but the flavour was alright. I have half the pack left so hopefully a better outcome next time.
It’s great to be able to make waffles and pancakes without having to buy all the different almond flours etc. I add an egg white and a bit of almond milk to mine to make keto waffles.
